I’m speechless. It’s just so cool to be out here with all these dudes that I didn’t know how I’d compare to, and it’s just cool to come out here and be on the top.

The fire is here for boardercross. It was never really there for halfpipe. I kind of got talked into pipe because I was good at it, but this (boardercross) is something for myself and is super meaningful and I can do it for the right reasons.

I love this country and it’s great to race here. The slope was absolutely perfect. Great preparations and great race organization!

Lindsey Jacobellis
Today was okay. In the final heat, I had a terrible start and cased the first three jumps and knew I wasn’t going to win but knew the podium was still feasible. I passed two people in between turns two and three and carried some good speed passing another rider in the end.

Getting back on the podium makes me feel like Canada wasn’t a fluke and that I’m still riding well and can pull this off. Even though I’m sore, I’m excited for tomorrow’s race. And when I don’t win I have the fire so yeah, tomorrow will be fun.

Today was awesome. It’s amazing to see these guys stepping up and getting faster and faster at each race and to have that many of our riders in the big final and Alex Deibold in the small final. It’s just so hard to accomplish that and was really amazing to see.

From the very first time we brought him to camp I thought Trevor was super talented, and the progression from that to this, his first world cup win, has been amazing to see.

Lindsey rode great in all the heats making solid passes and good racing. She had a small bobble in the start of the final heat, and the way this course was racing, if you had a mistake in the top section, it was really hard to make up. But she rode great and it's always good to see her on the podium.
