At just 15 years old, Redmond Gerard placed fifth in his Dew Tour slopestyle debut at the start of the 2016 season. He then went on to place fifth at the prestigious US Open and hit the podium in third at the Ale Invite big air event. His successful season earned him a spot on the U.S. Snowboarding pro slopestyle team; expect great things in the near future from this Colorado shredder. Gerard first began competing in the amateur ranks in 2011. By 2015 he was scoring podium finishes on the Revolution Tour, the final stepping stone to the elite professional level.
