BIOGRAPHY
Pat Holland started riding at the Schweitzer Mountain Resort, but moved to Jackson Hole to ride the legendary Teton backcountry immediately after graduating high school. But it was 2006, after traveling to Torino to watch his brother Nate compete in the Winter Olympics, that he decided to go big. He moved to Squaw Valley the next winter and started the trek toward the Olympics.

PAT SAYS
Coming off an injury last year I was happy that I rode well and had some decent results but definitely looking to get back on the podium next year.

FIRST TRACKS
"At the age of 10 I switched over from skiing to snowboarding and have been riding ever since," Holland said. After his high school graduation, Holland made the move from Idaho to Jackson Hole, WY and from there, he was hooked on the lifestyle of snowboarding.

OFF THE SNOW
Holland stays busy at his own business, he is teaching wakeboarding and water skiing in Sandpoint, ID. He says that he is “…excited to run Action Water Sports again this summer, we are now in our third season. I’m looking forward to beautiful summer weather and time on the water.” Of course, this is indicative of Holland’s love for the summer and the water sports that go along with it.
