Nik Baden is a Steamboat Springs native with all-around snowboard talent. Though Baden is a member of the pro slopestyle team, he earned a sliver medal in halfpipe at the Youth Olympic Games in February of 2016. He also earned top-ten slopestyle finishes at the U.S. Grand Prix at Mammoth Mountain and the Total Flight event in Grandvalira, Andorra. Baden first made a splash as a 16-year-old rookie in 2014; after earning three top-ten finishes in the Olympic qualifier series, he narrowly missed the 2014 Olympic team. In 2015, Baden earned his first invite to the X Games and was the top American slopestyle finisher in eighth place. Baden finished out his season with a win, taking home top honors at the U.S. Revolution Tour finals in Mammoth Mountain, CA. FIRST TRACKS OFF THE SNOW |
