Brandon Davis had a stellar 2016 season, topping the podium at two major slopestyle competitions--the U.S. Grand Prix on his hometurf of Mammoth Mountain and the Corona World Championships of Snowboarding in Yabuli, China. Davis has been on the come-up for years, racking up multiple wins on the Revolution Tour and a FIS World Cup big air podium in 2014, but it was 2016 that brought him to the top in elite international events. In 2014, Davis narrowly missed making the first-ever U.S. Olympic slopestyle team after grabbing a fourth place finish at the final Olympic qualifier at Mammoth. With big tricks like Cab and backside 1260s and a hard-charging attitude, watch for Davis to continue his ascent through the competitive ranks. FIRST TRACKS OFF SNOW |
